Privacy

Two things are worth separating: what this reference build does, and what the live Evercomm site does.

This build

No collection, no tracking, no cookies

This reference build collects nothing. There is no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no third-party script of any kind. The pages make no network requests beyond their own stylesheet and script.

The enquiry form validates in the browser and then stops. Nothing you type is transmitted anywhere or stored. The only data kept on your device is a preference for the light or dark theme, and whether you dismissed the notice at the top of the page, both held in your browser's local storage and readable only by this site.

The live site

Evercomm's published policy

Evercomm Singapore Pte. Ltd. publishes a privacy policy covering the personal data it collects, why it collects it, how long it is kept and how to make a request about it, written for Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.

That policy governs enquiries made through the live site and any commercial relationship with Evercomm. It is the authoritative document; this page is not a substitute for it.

Read the published privacy policy (opens in a new tab)

Review due before launch The published policy carries a last-updated date of 29 April 2024. Whether it still describes current processing, including anything new introduced by AI workflows, is worth confirming before the new site goes live.
