2013

Architecture

One engine. Three product layers. One lineage-tracked base.

Granular Data is built around the Nx-Engine: a granular data engine that ingests transaction-level inputs (loans, securities, meter readings, ERP records, supervisory feeds), structures them to ISO 14064-1/-2, ISO 14067, ISO 14068, PCAF v2025, ISSB, ESRS, MAS 610 and CBAM standards, and exposes the result as a queryable base.

  1. 01 Source

    Meters, ERP, core banking

Readings, ledgers, positions, custody and supervisory feeds.

  2. 02 Ingest

    NxOps

Connectors, validation, and a lineage identifier attached at the point of capture.

  3. 03 Measure

    NxMap

Emission factors applied, inventory built per standard, calculation recorded.

  4. 04 Decide

    NxPlan

Scenarios, targets, capex sequencing, and the capital case attached.

Nx-Engine

One lineage-tracked base underneath all four stages. Rule packs change; the base does not.

Source record to published figure, with the identifier intact at every stage.
The stack, layer by layer. Products are layers of one infrastructure, not separate tools.
LayerProduct or engineWhat it does
Engine Nx-Engine v2.4.1 The granular data engine. Position-level lineage, vintage tracking, rule packs for every standard, audit trail. Same engine across financial, industrial and public-sector deployments.
Library EF Library 2024.Q4 Emission factor library, region and asset-class tagged, versioned for audit, refreshed quarterly. Sources include IPCC, IEA, DEFRA, IFC and country-specific TGO and NEMS sets.
Ingest and structure NxOps Connectors to sensors, meters, ERPs, core banking, custody, securities, derivatives, supervisory feeds and counterparty masters. Outputs granular, ISO-grade, lineage-tracked data.
Measure and verify NxMap Compliance and financed-emissions inventory. Position-level, audit-ready, multi-standard: PCAF v2025, ISSB S1 and S2, ESRS E1 to E5, GRI, ISO 14064, MAS 610 modules. Product footprints via NxMap Product.
Simulate and decide NxPlan Scenario simulation and reduction-strategy planning on top of the granular base. SBTi targets, transition risk modelling, capex sequencing, and AI workflows that operate on the same evidence.

Delivery

Same engines. Three ways to deploy them.

Granular Data ships in whichever delivery mode fits your data sovereignty, integration timeline and internal capability. The engines stay the same; the procurement pathway changes.

Mode 01

Platform

SaaS on Evercomm cloud

Multi-tenant hosting, auto-updated, standard connectors. Weeks to value rather than months. Best when integration speed matters more than data residency.

  • Fastest to deploy
  • Standard connector set
  • Quarterly factor refreshes included

Mode 02

Engine

Local or on-premises

Nx-Engine deployed in your environment. Customisable rule packs and connectors. Data never leaves the customer perimeter. Required for MAS, BOT, BSP and other supervisory contexts.

  • Full data sovereignty
  • Custom rule packs
  • Supervisory-grade deployment

Mode 03

Services

AI-enabled managed services

Evercomm engineers run the engines on your data and deliver outcomes: reports, certifications, simulations. No internal capability required. Lower total cost at low volume, and often paired with Assurance.

  • Outcomes, not software
  • No internal build required
  • Common first step

Standards

Built for whichever standard finds you.

Granular Data ships rule packs for every major global and APAC standard customers and regulators care about. Rule packs evolve; the data layer underneath stays stable, so the same engine reports against any combination of regimes you are exposed to.

01

Financial and supervisory

Position-level financial reporting, granular supervisory returns and financed-emissions methodologies, across APAC and EU-pattern regimes alike.

02

Climate and sustainability disclosure

Standards-aligned disclosure across listed and private corporates, public-sector entities, NGOs and regulated supply-chain participants.

03

Engineering and operational

Engineering and management-system standards across the ISO family, operational emissions accounting, science-based targets and sector-specific environmental schemes used across APAC.

04

Transition and blended finance

Transition-finance frameworks, blended-finance taxonomies, sustainability-linked instruments, and EU and ASEAN taxonomies: the structuring layer behind Aligned Capital.

The regulatory shift, in four stages

01

Aggregated

Annual disclosures rolled up at portfolio or facility level. Defensible until around 2023. No longer sufficient.

02

Basic granular

Major instruments (loans, large facilities) reported individually with core attributes. Foundational.

03

Wide granular

Derivatives, securities and supplier-level data added to the granular base. Most APAC regulators arriving here between 2026 and 2028.

04

Full granular

Every transaction, every meter reading, every emission factor, lineage-tracked, AI-ready, audit-ready.

What a rule pack contains

A rule pack is the regime-specific layer that sits above the base: boundary definitions, allocation and attribution rules, factor selection hierarchy, data-quality scoring, disclosure templates and the validation set an assurer will run. Adding a regime means adding a pack, not rebuilding the pipeline.

Talk to us.

Tell us which regime is arriving first and what data you already hold. We will tell you honestly whether it is a Granular Data build, an Assurance engagement, or neither.
